Twilight Textiles

Venue: The Courthouse
Bring along your own materials to create your textiles projects. Sewing machines are provided and you are also welcome to borrow our embroidery hoops and machine thread.

Please note sessions will be weekly but this booking is simply to express your interest in joining the group.

Join us for our popular Wednesday evening group, Twilight Textiles…

Become a part of a friendly informal group on Wednesday evenings and pursue your own projects in all things textiles.

Develop your hand embroidery or machine stitch skills, with our sewing machines provided. Or bring along your own machine to work from.

Work across a number of sessions to create beautiful home furnishings such as cushions or quilts, or learn how to upcycle old clothing and bring it back to life.

Sessions are led by fine artist and textile practitioner, Dove Armistead.

Suitable For: All abilities.

  • We don’t issue physical tickets – just bring your email confirmation or order reference along
  • If The Courthouse opens before your workshop starts, you’re welcome to browse our artisan shop – maybe we stock the artist running the workshop!
  • You’re welcome to grab a coffee of a snack from our friendly café and take it through into the workshop with you
  • If you have any access requirements, let us know.
  • There is no parking at The Courthouse except for Blue Badge holders who must let us know they will be needing the space
