Date: Wednesday, April 19, 2023
Time: 10am - 1pm
Venue: The Courthouse
All materials and tools are provided.
Using fabric sculpting techniques, create your very own stunning textured and three-dimensional A5 journal
In this workshop you will learn basic fabric sculpting techniques, and use materials and embellishments to decorate a small treasure chest, (approx. 14 x 9.5 x 8cm), creating stunning textures and designs.
There will be lots of different fabrics and embellishments to choose from to create a design in a theme and style of your choice.
Once dry, you will use a dry brushing technique to add colour and shading to enhance the fabric texture and surface detail. As always the exact design is up to you and your imagination, but examples will be available for inspiration and design guidance.
