PEACE of Mind: Mandala Drawings

Take part in our relaxed wellbeing workshops and learn the mindful process of drawing mandalas.

In this workshop you will learn about the meditative art form of Mandalas. Use fine-liner pens to create repetitive mark-making and geometric patterns. You will finish the workshop with a number of hand-drawn mandalas.

Your tutor will be Katrina Addison, an artist living in North Yorkshire who is passionate about inspiring creativity in the people she teaches.

Suitable For: 

  • This workshop is funded by North Yorkshire County Council as part of the Suicide Prevention Grant. Therefore we particularly want to make this available for those who have been impacted by poor mental health in some way, whether personally or through those they love.

  • If The Courthouse opens before your workshop starts, you’re welcome to browse our artisan shop – maybe we stock the artist running the workshop!
  • You’re welcome to grab a coffee of a snack from our friendly café and take it through into the workshop with you
  • If you have any access requirements, let us know.
  • There is no parking at The Courthouse except for Blue Badge holders who must let us know they will be needing the space
