Bring along your own materials to work on your drawing and painting projects in our warm and bright studio.

Join us for our brand new Wednesday evening group, Paint and Draw…

Become a part of a friendly informal group on Wednesday evenings and develop your own drawing and painting skills.

Work on your own projects and artworks in our warm and bright studio. Choose your own medium to bring along and work in.

Join in across a number of sessions to create beautiful designs and be inspired by other artists within the group.

Have the option to book life models as part of the sessions too.

Suitable For: All abilities.

  • Please email sorcha@ruralarts.org for enquiries
  • Please note you will need to provide your own materials for these sessions and must take home all personal equipment after each session
  • All sessions are peer led, so there will be no tutor available but you may wish to liaise with a Rural Arts staff member to have the opportunity to book life models as part of your sessions.
  • Feel free to bring your own easel along.

  • We don’t issue physical tickets – just bring your email confirmation or order reference along
  • If The Courthouse opens before your workshop starts, you’re welcome to browse our artisan shop – maybe we stock the artist running the workshop!
  • You’re welcome to grab a coffee of a snack from our friendly café and take it through into the workshop with you
  • If you have any access requirements, let us know.
  • There is no parking at The Courthouse except for Blue Badge holders who must let us know they will be needing the space
