Explore the Art of Mosaics
In this workshop, you will create a mosaic border around a mirror using the direct method, exploring design, colour, and materials.
With wheeled nippers, you will practice cutting various shapes and learn about appropriate adhesives. You will also explore different methods of laying tiles in order to create a variety of effects.
Not only will you learn how to create your mosaic mirror, but also how to grout it so it has a complete, polished appearance.
The completed project measures 30cm squared.
