Join our free intergenerational workshops this summer, welcome to all ages!

This summer we are running extra special intergenerational workshops as part of our Heart & Craft project. We are inviting all ages of the community to come together and get creative.

These sessions invite adults and children under 60 to attend alongside our regular project participants, to bring everyone together in a friendly and inviting atmosphere!

For this session you will paint your own birdhouses to invite lots of feathery friends to visit your garden!

Suitable For: All abilities, all ages.

  • This workshop is provided as part of our Heart & Craft project. The project provides art activities in eight communities across North Yorkshire  to over 70’s.
  • These activities have been provided free of charge, as funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and The Henry Smith Charity.

  • If The Courthouse opens before your workshop starts, you’re welcome to browse our artisan shop – maybe we stock the artist running the workshop!
  • You’re welcome to grab a coffee of a snack from our friendly café and take it through into the workshop with you
  • If you have any access requirements, let us know.
  • There is no parking at The Courthouse except for Blue Badge holders who must let us know they will be needing the space
