Introducing Rural Arts’ 2024 Summer Holiday theme – Exploring Ancient History!

Glue, stick, mould and shape your way through art inspired by the ancient civilisations of the past. From the Aztec’s geometric patterns to the earthenware vases of the Ancient Greeks, you will be transported through the ages!

Embark on a journey through time with Jurassic Gelli-Printing! Dive into the ancient layers of our planet as you explore the fascinating history of the Jurassic period . From towering dinosaurs to lush landscapes, each print reveals a glimpse into the rich tapestry of Earth’s past. Join us for a hands-on adventure where art and history collide in a truly Jurassic experience!


Other Info:

  • All children aged 8 and under, must be accompanied by an adult. If you wish to join in with your child and make your own creation, please buy another ticket.
  • If you are simply accompanying your child. there is no need to purchase an additional ticket.
  • A pre-order form will be available at each session should you wish to buy lunch in our cafe after your workshop.

  • We don’t issue physical tickets – just bring your email confirmation or order reference along
  • If The Courthouse opens before your workshop starts, you’re welcome to browse our artisan shop – maybe we stock the artist running the workshop!
  • You’re welcome to grab a coffee of a snack from our friendly café and take it through into the workshop with you
  • If you have any access requirements, let us know.
  • There is no parking at The Courthouse except for Blue Badge holders who must let us know they will be needing the space
