Armed Forces Day 2023: Window display workshop (Sat 3rd June)

Join Rural Arts and charity Never Such Innocence for a special creative workshop marking Armed Forces Day.

This special free workshop welcomes children, families and adults from across the community to create unique window displays to mark Armed Forces Day (Saturday 24th June 2023).

Make a stained-glass style window display out of tissue paper, cellophane and more.

The workshops are designed for everyone aged 6+, whether or not you’re confident at being creative. You do not have to be part of the military/service community to participate!

You can drop in, or stay the whole session, whatever works best for you.

  • We don’t issue physical tickets – just bring your email confirmation or order reference along
  • If The Courthouse opens before your workshop starts, you’re welcome to browse our artisan shop – maybe we stock the artist running the workshop!
  • You’re welcome to grab a coffee of a snack from our friendly café and take it through into the workshop with you
  • If you have any access requirements, let us know.
  • There is no parking at The Courthouse except for Blue Badge holders who must let us know they will be needing the space
