A Taste of Art: Cyanotype

Date: Wednesday, March 27, 2024
Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm
Duration: 2 hours
Venue: The Courthouse
All materials and equipment are provided.

Our Wednesday morning Taste Of… sessions give the perfect introduction to a range of artistic styles and techniques.

Explore the cyanotype process, using natural chemicals that react with light rays to create unique blue and white prints. Combining the use of found objects, printed acetate stencils and drawing you will have the opportunity the create your own mini prints onto paper.

Cyanotype is a form of art whereby the image created can only be achieved once. This allows for a truly unique piece to be created each time.
