Our Something Social workshops are the perfect opportunity to meet new people, spend time with friends or simply enjoy a relaxed evening trying something new. Each session combines a fun creative activity with a complimentary drink, making it the ideal way to unwind and get inspired.

In this workshop, you’ll hand-build and decorate your own ceramic book vase, creating a charming piece inspired by the shape of a favourite hardback book. Personalise your design with hand-painted details, titles, botanical illustrations or decorative patterns before your vase is professionally kiln fired and ready to collect.

Your ticket includes:

• A complimentary glass of Vinho Verde (or non-alcoholic alternative).
• All clay, tools and materials.
• Kiln firing of your ceramic book vase.
• Friendly step-by-step guidance.
• Your finished ceramic vase to collect once fired.

This Something Social workshop will be led by Kate Redding, a ceramic artist and mixed media workshop leader with a passion for making creativity welcoming and accessible to everyone.
