Reduction Lino Cutting

The Old Courthouse Thirsk
Saturday 31st August

In this workshop, you will learn how to design, carve, register, print and edition a two colour reduction or multi-block linocut print.

The workshop will be led by Izzy Williamson, a printmaker who specialises in Linocut. Her work is illustrative and bold, drawing inspiration from our connection to nature. She also explores how folklore, mythology and stories help to explain our place within the natural world.
