Monday Makers

Monday Makers is our free 10-week course for unemployed people. The course will be  tutor-led, with delivery from guest artists, giving people some of the skills and knowledge needed to become self-employed – with help and advice from those who have experience in making a living through their creative practice.  The course is structured so that you will have access to help with digital marketing, setting up as self-employed or moving into further education. 

The course is funded through Community Grants 5 project. Participants must meet these criteria:

- You must be interested in either becoming self-employed or continuing with further education at the end of the 10 sessions

- You must be able to attend the majority of the sessions

- You must be unemployed and living in North Yorkshire

- You must be over the age of 18

- Please bring your National Insurance number to the workshop

- Please also bring your passport and driving licence and any evidence you have of claiming benefits such as universal credit
