#CREATETour brought performing arts opportunities to young people in Richmondshire, Ryedale and the Tees Valley.
Working with brilliant companies including Phoenix Dance Theatre, young people created a “curtain-raiser” for a professional touring performance through free workshops during the school holidays.
Rurally-isolated young people collaborated and learned from some of the UK’s leading performance companies, developed confidence, creativity and technical skills and performed alongside professionals at venues all across North Yorkshire.
