Become an ON Tour promoter and book performances for your local venue

Anyone can become a promoter and you don’t need any experience - just a performance space and lots of enthusiasm. And as a promoter, you get to choose from a fantastically diverse programme that brings professional live performances straight to your community. Need some help choosing? We’re here to guide you.

Each year, we provide you with a brochure of performances to choose from - everything from live music and theatre to dance and family shows. Many prestigious companies have toured with ON Tour in the past, including the Leeds Playhouse, Phoenix Dance Theatre and Farnham Maltings, so we’ve developed an eye for great performers. You simply get in touch with us to request any of the performances for your village venue (depending on availability) and agree a pricing structure.

Once your performance is confirmed, your event is featured on our website and in our printed brochure. You will also receive free marketing materials, free online ticketing, access to free training, and a dedicated professional team to provide advice and guidance.

All that’s left to do after that is to sell your tickets by spreading the word in your community and sharing the event with local networks.

If you’re interested in becoming a promoter, please get in touch by phone or email and ask us for our Promoter’s Pack – it explains everything you need to know about what’s involved, all the benefits and what to do next. You can also become a Promoter today by filling our online form.

"A really enjoyable evening had by all. To hear an often curmudgeonly farmer say after the show: "Small venue, live music, you can't beat it!" ...was magic"
