Become A Promoter

Become an ON Tour promoter and book performances for your local venue!

Anyone can become a promoter; you don’t need any experience, just a performance space and enthusiasm.

Each year we provide our ON Tour promoters, with a wide range of performances they can book across North Yorkshire, through the online promoter’s portal. This includes live music, theatre, dance and shows for all the family to enjoy. Previous high profile companies such as West Yorkshire Playhouse, Phoenix Dance Theatre and Farnham Maltings have all toured with the scheme.

All you have to do is sign up to the promoters’ portal and you’ll be able to begin booking shows for your very own village / town hall, or local community space.

Once you have chosen your show and had it confirmed by the ON Tour team, your event will be featured on both our website and ON Tour Brochure. You will also receive free marketing material direct from the companies, the chance to attend free promoter training days, and a dedicated professional team to provide advice and guidance.

All that’s left to do after that is to sell your tickets by spreading the word in your community and sharing the event on your local community networks.

"A really enjoyable evening had by all. To hear an often curmudgeonly farmer say after the show: "Small venue, live music, you can't beat it!" ...was magic"
