On Friday, following an invitation through the magic of Twitter (@Ruralarts),
Rural Arts had a visit from local author Bill Kitson, and his lovely wife, Val.
Bill is the author of five crime novels, featuring DI Mike Nash. Courthouse
manager Janice McVay showed Bill and Val around the facilities, before they
topped up their energy levels with some cake, from the Courthouse Café.
Hopefully we can convince Bill to speak to the ThirskWriteNow Writers’
Group. We shall keep you posted!
