Langton Primary School enjoyed a visit from Puppet Craft on Saturday 21st May. The company brought the award winning book ‘The Mousehole Cat’ alive through carved wooden puppets, coloured shadows, live music, song and a beautiful set!
The children also enjoyed a shadow puppet workshop before the performance. Saskia Syms, a teacher at the school commented:
‘The workshop was a really big hit and couldn’t have been improved, we were all amazed what could be produced from an old cereal packet and a bit of cellophane. The set for the performance was magical and the children (and adults) sat mesmerized throughout the performance.’
